Common questions
Do I need to own the land first?
Not necessarily. We can look at a plot before you buy it and tell you what it could take, which helps you decide whether it's worth the price.
Can you help with planning permission?
Yes. Our architects prepare the drawings and we manage the application, any conditions and the building regulations side.
How long does a new build take?
It depends on size and planning, but most detached homes take around 9–14 months on site after approvals. We give you a programme with your quote.
What happens after handover?
You get the building control completion certificate and all the paperwork for your new home, and we stay a phone call away if anything needs attention.
How much does a new build cost?
We can't give a fair price without seeing the job. Plot conditions, size, design, materials and planning conditions all change the price. We visit for free, measure up and send an itemised quote, so you can see exactly where the money goes.
